I'm not sure about the Silhouette machine, I looked around on the net & a few forums, & couldn't find any info as far as that specific machine running dxf files.
If I find anything out, I'll post here.
If you need a specific file as a bitmap image, send me an email (see sidebar on the right), & I'll send it to you. I think I read that the Silhouette can work with bitmap images?

Hi Switcher, how do I get DXF files to cut on my Silhouette? I can currently acommodate GSD files and KNK files - I'm still learning :)
